When is the "F" word acceptable?

Bullshit, its just a ****ing word
Well, it may also be an adverb, it describes an action "they were ****ing like rabbits" or "I don't ****ing care " describing an action WITH ones personal feelings as well, personal pro noun, not quite an adjective... "Just another ****ing word " Perhaps, but it's a slang word with many meanings..so **** it.. ..

Get em dug..

I use it. Don't mind it from others. What I have issue with is overuse. Seriously, is it really necessary to use it as often as a comma in a run on sentence?

I recently was getting my hair cut and there were 3 twenty something kids in chairs. There seemed to be a competition who could use it more than the other two combined. The women cutting their hair were flinching after a while.

Any word loses impact overused.
