Well yesterday the trucks ac blower only worked on high.
Great.... sent a PM to the Nancy, and got hooked up with a link to replacement parts, and instructions.

Amazon.com had the parts here today and they have already been installed. Ac blower works on all settings now. My resistor was indeed scorched a bit, and the connector on the other side was worse

Repair thread said 5.5mm
I found an old set of lil sae sockets and 1 fit. Cant recall the size but it was small.
A stubby 1/4" fine tooth ratchet was alot of help.

True. That makes it a little better but it’s just a matter of time till high goes out too probably.
Looking at the links in the pigtail, im wondering if its 100% juice (high), then the other links connect to the resistor/s and this causes a stepdown. Thus why 100% high still works?

Could worst case scenario be all or nothing? On or off?

Maybe so.
