I'm like a fish out of water?

I keep reading about everyones Tacoma TRD and Pros hope I got that right. Here I'm riding around in a 2018 SR seats removed I like that for storing gear for fishing trips. Yes, a simple 4 banger that's averaging 24 MPG and fun to drive. Wife loves it as well. I guess I'm happy just adding tonneau cover, nerf bars and some husky x-act contour mats. I guess at 68 and retired simple things keep me happy?

Congrats and welcome! I've considered removing my rear seats and "life-proofing" the rear but with the occasional passengers and a nice flat spot when the seats are folded down , I just can't bring myself to do it. Haha
Simplicity is a beautiful thing!

Nothing wrong with the SR at all. They’re great trucks and a great trim level. If you don’t want all the extra stuff than why buy it?
I’ve had 4 base model Toyota trucks over the years. They were all fine with no issues at all.

I'm just a step above you in an SR5 brother. Just some Tyger step rails and black rims. You are still part of the Taco family. Welcome. [emoji2]
