Vibration

I have a weird vibration in my truck when I’m driving. I will take off and if I let off the accelerator a little to almost coasting it vibrates almost like I’m riding over rumble strips or something and if I push back on the accelerator it stops. I have no clue what this could be. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked your carrier bearing lately? That's a strange sensation.

I have not checked it. I’m completely lost at this. I didn’t even know where to start.
I'm referring to the horseshoe shaped bracket close to where the 2 drive shafts meet. You can visually inspect the rubber and shake the driveshaft to see if it's sloppy. It's only the first possibility I thought of. How many miles? Front wheel bearings ever been changed?

Can you hear it or just feel it? How many miles? Lift? Tires size, AT or mud? Does it do it a certain speeds? Did it just start out of the blue or have you installed or done anything recently?

Just feel it. 113k Miles, 6” lift with 35s Mud. And yes it only does it around 25 to 45.

The whee bearings have been recently. When this storm passes I will take a look at what you’re suggesting. I will keep you posted. Appreciate it.

Does it go away in 4wd? If so it’s the needle bearing and ECGS has a bushing fix for $65 + your labor. It’s the driver side one that does it. It’s an intermittent vibration like a hum hum hum hum hum down the road.

This is most likely the cause..
