As I’m driving connected to Bluetooth with my iPhone, I would try to make a call using the steering wheel and most recent call. As I do that. The whole radio would just reset while I’m driving. The Toyota logo shows up and all. Anyone know any issues on that or what to do to stop that from happening?

If you’ve been using your head unit a lot for music, phone (calls and texts through Siri hands free or android) it’s not uncommon for it to happen.
I wouldn’t worry about it unless it becomes a frequent issue.
Has Toyota ever said anything about it?
Not that I’m aware of. I’ve noticed that my head unit tends to do it more right before an update.
