hello. new to the taco game but switched out the stock tires and rims for 18" mustang rims and 265/60/18 Michelin tires I found on Craigslist for $200.

I wanted to add, regarding the gasshole, for those that struggle getting the tight screw out with a screwdriver, that I used a ratchet and a number 3 screwdriver bit. My truck is 27 months old so may have been surface rust making it so tight to remove.

Yep I use a drill with just enough power to get it loose.

Do they blind oncoming traffic with the low beams?

Very simple install. Lows have not caused anyone to flash me. Highs are easy to install also but requires a simple mod to the passenger side to be aligned. They are plug and play and come with harness adapters. Fans are fairly quiet. Here is the mod needed for pass side high beam. This bulb sits 35 degrees off as made. You simply remove the 2 screws on the collar. Slide off the collar. Drill new 2 mm holes as shown. Install screws in new holes. Mount, plug and play.
