Recently bought a 2018 Tacoma Double Cab 4wd. Lifted it and put 20" tires and wheels on it. Speedo is off
5 miles per hour. How can I fix it?

Take it to a dealer and pay them to recalibrate it. I remember reading someone doing his and they installed something and it caused more issues than it was worth and they ended up taking it out and just doing 5mph slower.
It’s also only 5mph faster when you are doing 70mph. When you are driving around town it’s only 1-3mph. Just do the speed limit and you’ll be fine.

No dealerships in my area seem to offer that service.
My lady’s uncle is a master mech at a dealership confirmed it.
Maybe it’s just Orange County though.. I’ve called them all.
Triggers my OCD when I know my mpg is probably not reading right..

looking for a programmer now. I have 20" wheels and my gas mileage is down to 16mpg. too expensive to switch sizes now.

Quit running those red lights and keeping your foot in the peddle and it’ll probably improve. Lol
It’s stopping at the red lights and then having to go again that’s making it worse. If I hit the lights green I can average 15-16 mpg.
