I've only had Chevy's since I learned to drive, Camaros,z71s, Malibu etc. First Toyota is a 18 tacoma sport 4x4 and I have to say I really enjoy just driving the Tacoma. The community here is awesome!
I just pulled the trigger n bought some Bilstein 5100 front n rear cause I want to lift it and not go the spacer route, any tips on install is greatly appreciated and thanks for all the info I've learned from reading n research found here.

Use an add a leaf for the rear lift.... preferably a progressive add a leaf (aal) like wheelers offroad, or icon.

Also Keep in mind your factory front coils are side specific.

All stock, I took it to the beach n crawled through dunes no prob but I would like to run diff rims tires etc. Mainly want to rig it up for camping fishing trips and what not. Unfortunately we don't have any extreme trails like up North but it did the job View attachment 19194
Bilsteins will help and get some better tires you’ll be good.
