The BS Thread To Rule Them All!!!

Awesome! We're getting nasty thunderstorms here now. Keep on keeping on! I would say keep on truckin' but you're not in your tacoma! Have a great one.
I kinda wish I was in the TRDOR but the Harley is good travelin too!

Anyone know the purpose of this or even what it is? Its on the passenger side frame rail under the bed of a 1988 22r something to do with brakes but no other clues

Mornin everyone. B-man stay safe. Headed home today. Very very great stay in the Dominican Republic. What a beautiful country
Thanks G! Had a great ride today! Grand Junction, CO and also rode to the Utah state line and into Utah jus to say I made it there. Rode thru Red Rock Natl Park and down for the nite in Montrose, CO. Counted 18 Tacomas on the roads today. Even talked with an owner and mentioned the forum to him.

You can see it better in this picture. It turns out to be a load sensing proportioning valve which is kinda like an old school abs system. As the truck get a loaded with weight and gets lower to the ground it opens the valve more to let more fluid through and does the opposite for as weight is removed. It is designed to help keep braking more consistent, similar braking distances, and less lockup of the rear wheels which I thought was really neat.
