Well...if u live in a cold climate where they use a lot of road salts, there's a frame recall from 05-09 I believe(rust/rotting issues). Check the frame for rust or if it had this recall FOR SURE!....all Tacoma leaf springs are **** but can be easily replaced for a few hundred bucks. Wheel...

BFG KO 2's Rock in any occasion!...also you might want to check the Firestone Destination AT's....less aggressive than the BFG's...cheaper...and an absolute quality tire

Those are destination AT's. I got a set of those on my truck now (minus that camo ****.) they're actually a decent tire for the money, and wear quite well. I've put about 75,000 kms on mine and still have some tread left...but they're getting replaced next month.

There "was" a frame recall from '05-'09....but I think it has surpassed already and they're not doing them anymore, so make sure ur rig comes with a new frame. Or crawl under there and take a look. I got an '05 off road and had mine replaced 6 months ago... I heard about it by total fluke. No letter in the mail about this recall or anything... Funny thing is I got all the other recall letters....told at least 30-40 guys driving these year taco's... 1 guy out of those 40 heard of this...
