I torqued the u-bolts to 95 ft-lbs and still have the vibe at 25mph. Ended up getting the 3 degree shim kit (does not come with u-bolts). If you go with just the AAL and have no vibe, you will be good with the u-bolts that come with the kit the AAL kit, these are grade 5, 8” u-bolts. If you...

I shimmed our the CB to 3/4 drop. Still have the vibration around 25 mph. Does not go away in 4wd, so I’m guessing it’s not the diff bearing and a diff drop won’t help. I may have the alignment checked again. Any ideas? 2018 sport 4wd 8000 miles

As far as gas mileage goes, so far MPG is still around 21 if I keep my foot out of it. I drive 24 miles to work one way at about 75 MPH. I am still on the stock tires and rims.

I have developed the lovely 25 mph vibration after the block install under the leafs. I will attempt to eliminate it by adding another 1/4-1/2 CB drop. I’ve read that it should be 1/4” drop for every inch of lift. The rear went up 2.5” after the lift & block install. There are degree’d shims...

It was 1.5 with the Icon AAL which brought the rear from 36” factory to 37 1/2”. Then I added the 1” block as the rear was 3/4” higher than the front. Now the front is 38 1/4 and the rear is 38 1/2.

I ended up putting in the 1 inch blocks in the rear last night, it now sits a quarter inch higher in the rear than the front. First drive after the block install, I also noticed driveline vibration, so I will have to install the carrier bearing drop kit this evening.

I’ll wash it and do a better job of pics this weekend.

The local 4wheel shop quoted me $700 and 8 hours to do the lift. It can be done in less than 4, if you have your coils already assembled and the proper tools. I used only hand tools, no power or air. I did have to get it aligned.
