Need some advice from taco guys! New "to me" 08 cant decide what mods and which brand i want

Just bought my 08 access cab, been looking at a bunch of options for it. Dont know quite yet which ones i want, any advice on lifts, tires/wheels, exhaust, engine upgrades, etc. Also trying to figure out Ipod Iphone attachment or bluetooth for my stock stereo. Any advice is helpful.
