Yes it will.... I tried going through about 20" of snow the other day and was worried that that thing would break, so I backed off..!! It ploughed a lot of snow, but if the snow is hard...It'll break for sure..

It will fit... just 8 screws..

I had that happen on my 2006 Taco... turns out that the discs were not sliding on the pins and were getting hung up... I replaced the corroded pins and fixed..!!
