Usually that hyperflashing is caused by a bad relay. I am not sure how it is connected to the brakes, and whether it is connected at all. But I would check the relay.

Or just do the wheel alignment and get the steering wheel positioned correctly as a bonus. ;)

Man, I'm about to replace a fender on my 07 Tacoma (one was damaged in an accident). And I decided to grab the fender flares as well. I was lucky to grab my new fender very cheap and saved on the repair (https://www.carid.com/replacement-fenders/), so am going to grab the Bushwackers fender...
