I would check under the hood and see if the timing belt has been changed other than that you are good .

I have a stock 2002 Toyota that has 180,000 on it was thinking of doing new shocks and struts and putting a leveling kit or a 2" lift on any advise on how to keep a good ride and lift without damaging the rest of the suspension .
