I just saw a video where someone changed the batteries on their tpms sensors on YouTube. Have any of y’all tried this? I don’t really care about having the sensors at all. I’m just tired of the light staying on now that the batteries have died.

I don’t think I can overlook how hideous the front end of that Avalon is. It’s like they ran out of bumper plastic but they had some leftover honeycomb. So that’s what they used. They started that on the Lexus. Horrendous. I’d take that Camry though.

Yes I did. I at first put Mobil one synthetic in at first. Then I was told that those difs don’t like synthetic for some reason. So I changed it to Castrol and added friction modifier. Yes it’s a sport 4wd.

So I’ve got a noisy rear end, and this time it’s not from the Taco Bell. (Though I haven’t totally ruled it out). I changed my fluid and all was well. Recently when the truck is cold it starts off a little shaky and slightly noisy. After it warms up it’s fine. So I’d like to know what you guys...

I loaded that trim piece across the top with silicone and so far holding up well.

No sunroof or shark fin. I ran a bead of silicone across the top of the trim and all around the third brake light. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks for the advice. It’s mostly the headliner that gets wet. But, after a really hard rain the seat was soaked. I’m going to silicone everything that can come apart. Thanks.

Hello all, has anyone had issues with a rear glass leak? I have an 07 TRD sport with the sliding rear window. After heavy rain the headliner is wet sometimes. Yesterday the leak was bad enough that it went down the front of the seat. Any suggestions?

Here’s an update; changed to some conventional fluid that says for limited slip on the label. I went ahead and added the limited slip additive as well. This fixed the problem completely. Smooth as silk now. Thank you very much. You may have saved me a differential replacement in the future.
