You can take it off. From what I understand it’s supposed to help with gas mileage so they say but yea pretty pointless if you ask me.

No lift yet. I’m thinking of doing a 2.5”-3”.

From that angle you’re right it looks like it would get ripped off. I’ll take a pic tomorrow there’s actually a decent amount of clearance. This was originally my concern though.
