You make out alright in this weather? Were you able to keep the still up and runnin?
Anybody here from the Carolinas? Let us know how you're doin... Bunch of twisters in and around Richmond yesterday, one fatality, but all in all not nearly as bad as the Carolina coast.

Yeah I know, and they got an ass ton of rain, much like we did. The Fluvanna river is up 25 feet, and we are currently dumping 2300 cubic feet per second from the Lake Anna spillway. Probably should have been more specific in my original post. Just not quite sure where in WVa he is, though he has told me before.

In other news, I wiped out an old doe this morning. My ABS performed well, and everything except the front tag bracket is just fine.

Yessir. I’m on high ground. I appreciate you asking. We’ve gotten some rain but nothing too crazy here in southern West Virginia.

Man, I hate to hear about the deer. Glad you didn’t ding the truck up too bad.
I’m in southern/central WV in Nicholas County.

All good brochacho, but it wrecked a personal peeve of mine. For some reason, I DESPISE a bent license plate. I straightened it pretty well with a rubber hammer, so I'll give myself a few days to think it over before I order new plates. the deer rolled around in the ditch for a few seconds, got her **** together, and took off into the woods.

I’m the same way man. I hate a jacked up looking tag.

Every time you all talk about some natural disasters or extreme weather it makes me love the PNW even more. I’m glad everyone here is ok for now.

Be careful, there is plenty of opportunity in the PNW for natural disasters. You really want to miss the natural disasters you need something like Arizona, so long as the AC keeps running you are in pretty good shape

Volcanos and earthquakes is about it here. The threat of Earthquakes was worse living in California. The cascades give a lot of sign before they blow their top off like St. Helens.

I love Pinetop as long as it isn't super dry, like earlier this year and all the weekend campers come set the forest on fire,... [emoji37] My house doesn't even have air conditioning other than ceiling fans. Haha

Can’t open the windows much when smoke fills the house from fires.

Haha, there hasn't been one that close since I've been here but it's always a passing thought when it's dry. There were reports of the infamous cigarette butt starting fires by the road and trailer safety chains dragging starting fires,... that's just crazy...

Well here in utah don't have to worry about all those natural disasters but I pray everyone in the east are ok and getting help I hope as the waters rise the lifts on your tacos help out in this time of need.
