Whatcha eating?

I did it for about 3 months and lost 27 lbs. Never had the flu they talk about. Lots of avocados, meats and veggies and some Berry’s. Lots of water helps.

She had a rough time with it. That was last year I think. I probably wasn’t as supportive as I should’ve been. After the flu part I was afraid it wasn’t real healthy for her.

Wifey asked if I want to do that with her, I haven't agreed yet... haha
I haven't done any research but if I can still eat meat..... [emoji106] I might be down for it... haha

It’s really not a bad way to eat. Stay away from processed foods and sugar. I’ve maintained the weight and still eat that way for the most part. For me Beer, bread and ice cream was the hardest things to give up. Now I have a whiskey and water if I want an adult beverage no carbs. They make ice cream that is low carb and uses xylitol for sweetener it’s not Ben and Jerry’s but it helps the ice cream craving. Burgers and hot dogs I just do lettuce wraps on them now. I don’t miss the buns much anymore.
