I used the 3/4 inch front spacer on top of the spring and used a factory GMC spacer block in the rear I got from my friends truck when he put a 4 inch lift in his '15 z71. I'll get you some pics . and drilled the rear end shock plates to use 5/8 U bolts

Sorry, cant help ya there my friend. My truck isn't lifted. Maybe @Cape taco or @Tacomania can help. I'm pretty sure they have lifted rigs.

It will depend on what suspension you have to find and fit spacers. Like i couldnt find anything for my kings. But i was able to resolve my issues with Total chaos lower control arms. I don't know how the ride will be and how it will impact other parts

I got mine on the EBay . came in a couple days I can find out company when I get home .the front 1.5 inch spacers is 3/4 of an in tall .its not too hard to do just be patient taking out the strut .and removed the top ball joint . just have to jack truck up pretty high .took couple hrs .they are not very expensive like under 50 bucks I believe. I did the poors mans street truck lift its not heavy duty like tacomania'$ .lol I only go 4 wheeling on the beach .
