Spark plugs.

Funny you said that. When I first changed the plugs in my GMC, I dropped one and it landed on top of the frame. I left it there until I was done, and when I looked for it somehow it has disappeared. It wasn't on the cement pad and after a while I just figured it dropped out on the road somewhere over the next 100 thousand miles.
The last grease job I gave it before it was sold, I was swinging out from under the truck by grabbing onto the frame and my hand landed on the lost plug. It had laid on top of the frame for 100 thousand miles and never vibrated off.

That’s cool

How many miles on those plugs?
MAYBE 25-30K
I wont let ANY plugs sit for 100K, even if iridium

I experimented with boost referencing for quite some mileage, this was obv too rich..........my cats died and Im sure that didnt help.
At the same time I realized toyota left a plug in the heat exchanger for the blower, thus this effected timing most likely.

Im happy to see them nice and rich, all things considered.

trucks fine now.........50-100 lastnight in no time, nice and smooth after the initial lunge.

I wouldn't let any plug sit for 100k either. I replaced mine around 90k when I bought it. I'm at 112k now so pretty soon I'll do mine again

I'm not sure what year your truck is, but my 2018 has more chitt hiding the plugs than your worst side does.
On paper it says to remove a bunch of crap on 3rd gens..... In reality im sure u dont have to remove all the crap.

On paper it says to remove blower assembly for me along with the same 2 large brackets you have....in reality it doesnt all need to come off.

It just boils down to creativity.
