It's All Mine Now!

I aint made no car payments in a lot of years till I bought my Tacoma on November 1st.

Bought it on a 5 year loan, and made 3 payments. I realized why I hate payments, and paid it off last Friday.

I'd been making online payments, and asked them if I could pay it off online instead of sending a check. They said I could pay it off, but would have to make 2 separate payments, because $10K is the most you can make in a single payment. Kinda weird, but it worked.

Most people would probably start modding the crap out of it, but I actually have it set up already for what I'm using it for.

Once again debt free, and life is good!

Dang you!!! That’s great. I hate payments but I really hate nickel and dime bs with a older truck. I will have mine paid off in four more years. Lol

Mine drove better when I paid mine off in 14 months.

This may be true!

Drove down to spend the day at my folks place on Lake Marion today, it's around 130 miles one way.

Got around 18.5 MPG on the way down, truck must have figured out it was paid off while I was there. Got around 20.5 MPG on the way home.

Kept it under 80 on the way there, drove a lot of the way home around 80-84 MPH too. I think the transmission is shifting better now also..
