How long will the needle bearing last after a leveling kit installation? Im going to get the bushing fix, but I was wondering if I had a little time

I haven't had to mess with mine after about 20k on a 2" lift.
I figured I would have to order it fairly quickly too buuuut.... hasn't made a peep as of yet...

I got 21/2" on the front and 1" on the back a week ago. I don't notice the hum too much.
