semi hidden winch mount suggestions

I have a 2008 Tacoma double cab TRD Sport and would like some semi hidden winch mount suggestions.
Made one for my 2004 Tundra a real PIA to fab, bought an exact fit for my 2003 F 150 that was plug and play and worked great. Now want to add a winch to my Tacoma.

That's pretty awesome. Op truck is a 2008 it would look a little funny with out the 2012- 2015 front end.

Ahh yeah, weird they don't make one for the earlier 2nd gens.

that slimline looks great. too bad its not for my year. Dont think I want to modify the whole front end to try to make it work.
any other I deas ??
