Bought a TRD Off Road 2015 in Feb. of this year. It has 50,000 miles on it totally stock. Now it's time to upgrade a few things.
What's one of the smartest upgrade a person can do when the end result is lift and 33". Comfort and ride quality are a must. Durability and longevity a must also.
In the end it needs to look good, mean, durable.
Thanks for any input

Welcome to the forum. :)
Budget is going to be the biggest factor.

Look at
King suspension kits. $$$$
Old man emu suspension kits $$$
Bilstein kits $$
Stay away from any spacer kits if you want ride quality, durability and longevity. $

Thank you for your response everyone.
The truck is stock with a bed cover and rail system to support legs to bed rack. I'm not diggin it! Butt ugly!
Anyhow, I'm looking at wheels.
Matte black,17"x 8" or 9".
Then I'm curious about gearing. I'm running 275 x 70 x 17 and I want at least 285 or 305 70 17 depending on lift. What gears should I be running to limit the stress on the running gear.
Also a functional lift hight depends on my wheel tire combo.

Talk to East Coast Gear Supply, they have a pretty cool setup if you're a DIY'er...
You're automatic? Maybe a 4.56 but you may also could snag a deal on some 4.30's from a manual 3rd gen. If you think you'll ever want 35's, might want to look into 4.88's
