Has anyone installed a fake hood scoop just for the cool factor?

I haven’t seen a fake hood scoop except the one that comes stock on a sport or pro model

I have a scoop on mine as I liked the sporty look it gives the truck. However, it's not for everyone as some feel that given it sits high on the hood, it obstructs the view particularly when off roading.

Its the TRD Pro model. As Lil G mentioned, the scoops are stock on the Sport and Pro models. Below is a pic to give you an idea of the look.

no im well familiar with the models. i had 3 tacomas 3rd gens so far. a sport and TRD OR.

i was just wondering if anyone installed an aftermarket fake plastic scoop on the flat hood. > haha .. thats all.

I haven’t seen any some guys swap hoods. If that’s what your asking about doing
