GMC Canyon

GMC just released the Canyon at the Detriot Auto Show. It's basically a Chevy Colorado that (in my opinion) looks a little better. I haven't seen a 4 door pic yet.

Just posting about it because it's billed as a competitor to the Tacoma. I can't wait to see the Tacoma redesign.

Gm is mexican made CRAP. Tacomas and tundras are the most american trucks available (tundra 80% and tacoma 70%). A real american will stick with toyota

Yea, I wasn't posting about it because I was tempted... I just like seeing the new designs coming out. I'm itching for the next Tacoma to come out and hoping it looks better than the 2014 4Runner which I'm not a fan of.

Exactly! Gm and chevy are mexican made thanks to NAFTA

Baja is Mexico just like southern Arizona and southern Texas. :D

As far as updates go, a friend and I were discussing Tacoma updates. Here is what I came up with: If you keep buying them the manufacturer isn't going to update anything. People complain all day about not having this or that but the fact is that they still bought the truck. I wouldn't retool my production line often if what I sold kept selling.

2015 might be the year though. The 1st gen had a similar production run.

First gen was 95-04 with a refresh in like 2000 right? Sounds pretty similar. Maybe they were waiting to see what the small GM's looked like first. Seems logical.

I want an American truck like the tacoma, and surprisingly, alot of guys are like that. In my college class last semester i wrote an essay on why Toyota trucks are the Real American Trucks, and it got me an A.
