Installed a K&n cold air intake on my 2015 trd sport 4.0 and on top of the sound I've gained about 6 miles per gallon.

Really? How did you come to that finding? Getting more miles per tank?
I could some help in that area. I'm getting around 16-17mpg

I was getting about 190-200 out of a tank before installing it.
I switched to synthetic and a CAI and got 305 before the gas light came on. Wasn't really babying it either

Damn!!! V6? I usually get at least 275mi. out of a tank and I'm on a 6.5" lift with 34.5" tires.
You floor it everywhere?

Yeah, that doesn't jive with everything I've heard. I'd bet that the change to synthetic would account for much of the improvement.

190 - 200 miles per tank? Was your truck stock when you got those readings, that's 9mpg.
I have 15 sport dcsb with a 2.5 inch leveling kit, 265/70/17 mud terrains, bull bar, light bar, back rack. And drive around with tools. I'm often in 4wd and yes I have a led foot. I don't know how I can prove the mpg too this forum

Yes it's a v6

It's hard to believe just a intake is going to make the huge if a difference lol

No kidding. As if there was a free way to improve mileage and all the car manufacturers are busting their humps in wind tunnels at millions of dollars trying to meat CAFE standards.

Try Maxx fuel supplement. Add 1/2 oz. to 15 gallon tank (full tank). I've seen improvement in gas mileage, and claims to add horsepower.ImageUploadedByTaco Forum1433767019.525690.jpg
