Sound Deadening

To anyone trying to make their taco even more quiet than it already is (the 2016s I mean), I found success in GTMAT 80 ml sound deadening on all 4 doors, and behind the rear seats. This is especially useful for those of you upgrading exhaust.

2000 4x4 SR5 250k
2016 4x4 Off-road
 
I've thought of doing this to mine. Is this heavy enough to change gas mileage?

Definitely cannot tell any difference, I drive the same 75 mile route every day and tested before and after on the highway. I calculated it to be 22.2 and 22.1 mpg. But I took my time on the deadening and am very happy with how it came out, and so is my fiancé. She's drives a Benz and when she drives the truck she said the cabin noise is actually comparable. (This will change when the stock tires go off the truck obviously)
