Entune Update

I noticed there was a Entune update for my 2017 Taco. I was at 101080 and the update is 10108C. I am sure most of all owners already know this but I thought I post just in case.

So I got a fat32 USB and downloaded the update. Went to the Taco and started it up and put the disk in and went thru the setup menu to the general tab and selected update. It took about 10 mins and I was wondering if I had just made a brick, but finally finished.

I did notice cover art worked better. This is what it said it fixed:

This update is designed to improve the performance of your multimedia system. Updates include the following:

-After reprogram from map SD, map won’t be displayed
-“Low Fuel” pop-up message is not displayed
-Continuous rebooting

When I asked the dealer said they would update for one and a half bills. So I feel good that I DIY.

Entune Premium with App Suite will update over the air (TRD, Limited and some SR5’s) when linked and running data off your phone. I’m not sure about the basic Entune Audio (SR and some SR5’s).

Don’t work for my 2016 taco, and i have a lot reboots in my system, I need get This fix!!!

My 2017 with Entune Premium did it over the air yesterday via my cell phone and bluetooth. No issues. Make sure you update your phone Entune Apps first.

My 2016 TRD does it thru the Entune App and Bluetooth : )

You mentioned Entune Premium updating via the air but no mention of ENTUNE PLUS ......can it be updated over the air also?
