Zerc fittings

How often does coolant need to be changed,and or water pump?Ii know to use the super duper coolant,and flush 3 times with distilled water,but what interval?2006 tacoma ,4 cylinder,2 wheel drive.
 
Advance auto parts can get you the rod ends with Zerks , or any parts house , call Oreilllys they are in about every state.
 
Coolant doesn't go bad unless it's been contaminated with something like oil. Unless you're doing a svc that requires you to dump your coolant (heads, water pump, timing belt, etc...) no reason to dump it
