If it was a few inches higher It couldve went through the windshield and had some final destination movie crap going on lol. Part of the dash stopped it. I had air coming through my windshield and glass particles everywhere. Those damb birds are huge especially when you hit one lol

You were lucky it didn't come thru the windshield. We've had folks up here that have had turkeys come thru and injure/kill someone. Yeah, they're big birds! Did the windshield installer vacuum your vents? When you turn on your defrosters you'll have lil shards of glass come flying out.

I’ve had owls hit my windshield a couple times. That was enough to make your seat look like the driver seat from @MattScatt425. A buzzard is a whole lot bigger too. Glad you’re ok.
