I’m about to install these seat covers in my 2011 taco. I noticed when I took them out of the box that on the seat back there is no hole to put the head rest back on once the seat cover is on. Anyone else have this issue or are you supposed to make your own hole? Thanks

I haven’t had time to take any measurements. But does anyone know if a truck box out of a full size truck will fit in the bed of a 2nd gen Tacoma?
