Typically there is a way to sync the key fobs with vehicles, I know my brother had to do this with his ford at one point but he had to call ford to figure out how to do it...

I've heard mixed comments from different people... I have personally never dealt with or even rode in a vehicle with rough country lift on it...

Not necessarily the trans temp... With the supercharger, which I'm pretty sure you have, the intercooler goes all the way down to the lower grill...
