No it doesn't. I can't remember why... but I tried calling around. Both the yota dealer and corporate said negative. Which is why I had dish out the ~2k out of pocket to have it cleaned up. It was showing some worrisome rust, so they fixed it up. This was like 4-5 months ago, too. Thanks folks.

Yeah, I hit it with a mallet for a few minutes. It freely pivots on that bushing. Also, you can see through the tiny crevice that it goes through and into the alternator at least a little bit. Ugh. Might be aftermarket.
