If it sounds like the noise is coming from the mirror it is most likely the door seal. My truck did the same thing but the dealer was able to fix it. There is a TSB for this issue.

Right. It seems to only affect the OR models and a lot of people say it has something to do with the brake booster. But I've found that if I stop while in neutral there aren't any issues.
