turbo diesel tacoma swap

Has anyone swapped out their engines for a Toyota Surf Hilux 3.0 turbo Diesel engine? A local guy has one for sale and I was wondering if anyone has swapped and could give their opinions on it. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks!
