I got a 2" lift a couple years ago so that i could fit 285/75/16s on without rubbing and it rode fine at first but now I can run over a pencil an feel it. It's annoying and I also have a poping sound in my uca every once in a while. Does anybody have any ideas to improve my suspension?

More than likely you got a crappy spacer lift. Ditch it for 5100s but if yoh are in need for bushings or ball joints then I suggest you fix that first.
