08 taco 4x4 clunk in right front

New to the Tacoma forum. 125k and I bought it new. It seems that whenever there's a small change in direction or going over a bump I get a metallic clunk in the right front. The shocks are newish and feel tight and the brakes have plenty left. All seems tight and secure by visual insp. There's some rusty dust on the inside of the wheel and rotor. One time, it felt like the front brake was stuck when I tried to drive but it quickly released. Brakes work fine and they don't fade when hard braking. And I don't feel it with the brake pedal.
It's pretty dry in there. What do you think is the cause of the noise?
Thanks in advance
Ray

Wheel bearings are a common problem with the Tacoma. I replaced the drivers side front on my truck. It would make a humming sound over 40 mph. Jack up the front end and shake each of the front wheels... any play??? Also, as you spin the front wheels by hand.... do you hear a mechanical dragging sound??? Mine was very slight and would make the most noise at or over 40 mph.
