1 inch front lift

Can anyone recommend the most cost effective way to get an inch lift on the front of an 18 trdor 4x4?
 
Bilstein 5100’s set to 0.85” will level the truck is that’s what you’re wanting to do and if you want to later you can adjust them up to 2.5” or replace the coil.
Cheapest would be put a hockey puck in the coil.

I was hoping you would chime in. I knew Bilsteins but couldn’t remember the model number
