16 Tacoma sport center hubcap gone

I just noticed the center hub with the Toyota symbol is missing from both front wheels. I only have one thousand miles on my truck. Anyone had issues with these coming loose?

I lost one off of mine, a 2016 Sport as well after only a couple months. The dealership replaced it under warranty.

I had the same happen today, but it seems they can't be taken out without taking the wheel out first?

So I'm looking for a replacement hub for a 16" TRD rim, preferably like the one in the picture. If anyone here is selling one or knows where to find it, I'd appreciate a referral.
