17in rims close to 125 a piece ?

About to pull the trigger on some new rims for my truck I have look at 1000s but I don't know if the brand sim looking at are reliable or even legit. I'm hoping some of you guys can recommend me some brands I'm looking to pay under 150 a piece the cheaper the better. I have came across Trailmaster TM210 and like the look of them but I read somewhere that the offset of those will rub easier with bigger tires. Not sure how true that is but yes if anyone can shoot me some suggestions that would be awesome.
 
Are you looking at just rims while using factory tires or are you getting new tires as well?
 
My thought process right now is new rims with stock tires for a little then see what size tires I want and whether or not I'm going to need a lift to fit them. I see alot of threads about Max tire sizes and everyone says different sizes will and will not rub on stock suspension.
