2” leveling kit

My stock 2015 prerunner is 1.5” lower in the front but all the leveling kits are 2”. I don’t want it lower in the back so is the 2” leveling kit actually 1.5”?
 
Usually you install some sort of lift in the rear to make it level with the spacer level kit. For example, you can put a 4” spindle lift on your truck and the rear would need a 2” lift to make it level. Have you considered the spindle lift route? Super easy to install and it keeps the stock ride.
