2004 4.0 V6 Tacoma Bad Idle

Truck has been running rough lately... but this morning it would not idle. Just keeps stalling. I can rev the motor and get it rolling but every time I stop it just dies.

I swapped out the MAF and it won't run at all. Swapping back in the old one it again barely idles but will rev.

Codes:

P0171
P0174
P0420
P0430

Pending codes:

P0300
P0301
P0302
P0306

Lots of misfire issues.

I have checked for leaks and tears in vacuum lines and intake. I have read through some similar issues online and many mention new spark plugs and wires... possibly the TPS.

Any suggestions on what to look for, replace... or better insight as to what my issues might be would be greatly appreciated.
 
Try swapping pcv valve. Check for any cracks after the MAF
Maybe water in fuel?
0171&0174 Codes show to be running lean. 0420&0430 show cats not functioning correctly.
