I have a 2004 double cab 4x4 with V6 and 199k miles. Had the valve cover gaskets replaced due to leakage, 2 weeks later noticed the drivers side cover still leaking near lower forward bolt. Took her back for warranty then 2 weeks later leaking at same spot. They found a crack at lower fwd bolt area and ordered a new oem valve cover and replaced. Two weeks later new valve cover leaking and cracked at the same spot. Garage says they used the correct torque and sequence for the bolts. Anyone ever heard of this happening.
