2013 Double Cab Long Bed Trans Flush

Hi there,
New to the forum and have a question, my tacoma has 45k on it and I was wonder when I should flush the trans fluid. I've heard it's lifetime fluid and I've also heard that you should flush it every so often. Any info on this would be helpful.

I flush every 50K miles. Not a drain and fill but a full flush from the dealer. I'm almost at 100 again and I my attempt it myself or go to a tranny shop a buddy recommended.

Oil breaks down when used so this lifetime fluid saying is BS.
 
I will do a complete flush at 50,000 as Whippersnapper does and a filter too .Flush first and drop pan, repleace filter and gasket and top off with 3-4 Qts to top off again ,will have new filter and complete new filter with no dirt in her! Alittle money $200? but,cheaper than $4000 for a new tranny!
