Hello I had the same noise,
Toyota has opened a case for me it is not normal. They are replacing the the vacume pump. To see if that fixes it. Don't let them tell you it is standard on Toyota. They are trying to avoid another recall like the rear differential seal leaking.

No, its a disc issue with my neck and back most likely. Causes headaches as well as pain.

They do have a ticking. I have a 17 TRD Sport long bed. I haven’t noticed it to be an issue. Attributed it to the Atkinson.

Pain sucks. Ice, heat and K tape can helped.
