2017 Tacoma - ECM failure??

All - 2017 Tacoma Off-Road - My dash started showing a flashing tire pressure dialogue with each tire good but one shows 0 PSI. Tire is not flat. In to Toyota I go - they think the ECM is bad but that since I have a REDARC battery charger installed, I may have invalidated the warranty. There is a dual-battery system I have installed, very professional, great engineering and nothing ties into the wire harness, just power from Starting battery.
Truck starts fine, no other issues.
Toyota has spent the day documenting the current install and do not think they will pay for ECM. Any thoughts on this? No other symptoms to speak of.

Update - On the first day, they discovered they were unable to communicate with the ECM, it was not a sensor. Eventually they determined a loose connector at the tire pressure module on the floor, near the pedals?? No failed ECM after all. They did charge me $135 for the inspection/diagnostics - not covered by warranty. I was told that my installed REDARC and dual battery setup voided the warranty.
