2017 TRD - 4x4 Sport vs 4x4 Offroad

Nice to have the electronic controlled locking differential and CRAWL among other features on the off road version. I'm going back and forth in trying to make that buying decision. Will be my first 4x4 truck. Looking at the long term ownership, would think the maintenance/repair will cost more on the off road version due to the additional complexities of for example the CRAWL with the additional brake and speed sensors on the wheels. Read the CRAWL has been around since 2008. So any experiences on the reliability to stand with time of these capabilities.Ultimately any thoughts out there on picking between the two versions for long term ownership in regards to maintenance and repair while all other factors remaining constant (driving conditions)?

There is no maintenance difference. My 2010 Tacoma with ATRAC (crawl minus throttle control) has not needed anything more than a Sport of the same model year.

Picking a package all depends on your tastes and needs.
