Hi guys i wanted to know if there was a 4cyl 4x4 manual trans made for Toyota pickup extra cab from 1990-95 later tacoma access cab from 1995 to 2006. If yes what years if no what years also

Maybe I'm not understanding what you are trying to ask,...
There has been a line of 4 cyl, 4x4, manual, extra cab trucks since Toyota released a pickup truck in the US 30+ years ago and will still have a 4 cyl, 4x4, manual, extra cab next year as far as I know.
So,... am I missing something?

That is the hallmark Toyota from back years ago. The 22R and up. And the 2.7 liter with a 5 speed in the base model has been in use for many years and as far as I know there is no plan to discontinue it.
